Introduction of Paintfilm

Fluorex® film is an alternative method of applying paint film to automotive parts that proves to be more durable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly than traditional paint systems. Fluorex® paint film offers unique design possibilities that go beyond current basecoat/topcoat capabilities with brushed metal and chrome finishes available.

The processing of our various products requires knowledge already common to plastic processing companies.  This makes our products easy to use with minimal or no extra investment.

Although Fluorex® paintfilms have been developed for use in the automotive industry, our products are used in a variety of other markets including electronics, appliances, graphics, and telecommunications.

The Finish

All Fluorex® paintfilms can be supplied in virtually any color. Our experts are matching colors to OEM automotive-certified standards in Monochromatic, Metallic, and Pearlescent color schemes.  These very same standards are used by the automotive industry when matching color with their current spray-paint systems.

Designs

Fluorex® paintfilm are also available in designs that can be made to customer requirements. Standard designs such as brushed aluminum can give plastic components a unique metal appearance.

Metal looks

The latest product in the paintfilm range is our Fluorex® Bright film. This product gives a mirror-like finish, is thermo-formable and can be used for exterior use. Our high gloss and low gloss sheen products provide a brilliant, rich liquid palladium appearance.

Along with our current Fluorex® Bright colors, we can customize the color if requested.
